ASPHA's Kraft Paper (KPEI) is a commercial-grade product, commonly referred to as Commercial Grade Leatheroid Paper, manufactured in accordance with company standards.

Available in undyed, black, and green colors, in mil thicknesses ranging from 5 Mil to 20 Mil, produced in reels with a 40" (1000 mm) width. Developed using our proprietary in-house technology and R&D, these products are widely accepted for core/slot insulation in transformers, electric motors, pumps, chokes, and other electrical equipment.

Shade Application
Undyed Suitable for repairing of transformers and electrical motors.
Black Suitable for use in electrical motors and pumps.
Green Used as backing paper for lamination with polyester films for Class E insulation, and also utilized as stand-alone insulation in electrical motors. Custom-manufactured per specifications and required thickness.
